Since we moved to Gambrill View, I can honestly say life in the pandemic has been so much better. I know it’s odd to look at your house as your pandemic retreat but honestly waking up to our Mountain View, Cotton Candy sunsets in the evening, and having nights under the stars on our terrace has made 2020 that much better and I can’t wait to do this for years to come! Being someone from the city, I love being just an hour away from DC & Baltimore and just a hop, skip, & a jump from the 270 & 70! So not only do we get a beautiful view, commute convenience, & a beautiful modern-open floor plan with the cutest community that I’ve ever seen, but we get to experience this daily as our HOME! I think it’s safe to say that we LOVE our Overlook townhome & our community at Gambrill View!

“We fell in love with Gambrill View as soon as we stepped into the first model. We fell in love with the location, the home size, the loft, and a whole lot more. We began the process soon after our visit to Gambrill View. When we began this process COVID-19 was nonexistent here. Although COVID came soon after and made the end of the process a bit more unpredictable, Gambrill View and all their contractors maintained communication with us and made sure we were in our home by the scheduled time. Moving during the pandemic was different but overall exciting being in our new home. The house turned out amazing, and we have really been enjoying the beautiful view and neighborhood already.
